Print Solutions
Dpi Concepts approach to print production is purely based on quality, from accuracy
of Corporate Identities and Pantone colour matching to photographic skin tone representation. The end result being the highest quality & resolution wide format digital printing has to offer.
Print production is fully digital utilizing a six colour print process namely c m y k + lc & lm for enhanced tonal and graduation quality as well as increased colour gammet range. All our printers are calibrated and icc profiled in-house every 3 months to ensure consistent results over an array of various media types.
We have chosen to run with Roland Digital Printers as we believe there print quality, stability and back up service are far superior to any other supplier. In total we have four Roland Printers….two for Eco Solvent and two for Dye-sublimation printing, the latter feeding a Monti Antonio Calendered Heat Press.
The benefit of having two identical printers for each print platform is increased productivity and colour correctness especially with large rush orders enabeling us to run one job on two printers halving production time but at the same time keeping colour output constant.
Roland Eco-Sol Max Ink specs:
- Eco friendly and virtually odorless
- Wider color gamut for reds, blues and greens
- Quick drying time for improved production speed
- Durability up to three years outdoors without lamination
- Improved scratch resistance for increased durability and easy handling
- Aggressively adheres to a broad range of uncoated and coated medias
Elite Dye-Sub Ink specs:
- Fully washable, colour fast & oderless
- Wider color gamut for reds, blues, greens & rich blacks
- Durability up to three years outdoors and 5 years indoors
- Printed on paper first the transferred onto polyester fabric via heat press
If lamination is required we are able to laminate on our super wide 1.6m laminator coming in handy especially with poster, backlit and exhibition graphic requirements. |
