All our products have Product Specific Design Templates. These Design Templates can be e mailed to you or can be downloaded on our website, to view the list of Design Templates available for download, go to: https://www.dpiconcepts.co.za/templates/ Final Print Ready Artwork must be sent to us in: High resolution or Vector Pdf (preferred), Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. (Don’t forget to convert all fonts to paths) Bleed is required as indicated on our design templates, it is standard practise to keep all text at least 100mm from the edges allowing a safety area. Please make sure you remove the bleed lines before saving final print files.

Your Corporate Colours

 

VERY IMPORTANT! If your logo has specific colours, usually PANTONE COLOURS, you need to supply us with these please. It is of vital importance to make us aware of these special PANTONE COLOURS as what you see on your screen is by no means exactly what will be printed on the actual fabric or pvc we print on. We cannot take responsibility for colour variations if these PANTONE COLOURS are not given to us.

Cost

A DTP file check and tweak Set up Fee of R150.00 ex vat per product will be charged on all orders (no extra charges for multiple same product layouts). Example, you send us artwork in our templates for: Roll up banners x 4, Sharkfin banners x 4, Branded table cloths x 2, each with different artwork, you will only be charged R150 ex vat x 3 as we charge per product not per lay-out. Please note, if the print ready artwork received is not to specification, ie: Not in our latest product specific templates, fonts have not been converted, images or logos are low resolution, additional costs for us to fix the artwork in house will be quoted on. Examples: A Print ready document has high quality graphics and fonts converted to paths, but a low resolution logo – you will be quoted on a logo redraw. A Print ready document with low quality graphics & logo but fonts converted to paths – you will be quoted on replacing graphics with high resolution images & a logo redraw. A Print ready document with high quality graphics & logo but fonts not converted to paths – you will be quoted on the cost of the font.

Order Production Time

Our Standard Order Production Time is between 5 & 7 working days after sign off of final proofs, receipt of 50% starting deposit where applicable and size of order. Larger orders will naturally take longer to produce, lead times on these will be advised on once final proofs are approved. Orders received with deadlines less than 5 working days will be deemed Rush Orders. Depending on the size of your Rush Orders, a Rush Surcharge may apply, this will be communicated to you before production starts. Rush orders do not qualify for Free DeliveryPlease arrange own collection or we can quote on delivery. Our Free Delivery Service for orders above R7 500 and less than R15 000 ex vat is only applicable to orders within the standard production times (5 working days) as well as the standard 3 day courier service, and within the borders of South Africa. NB: Orders with delivery addresses outside Gauteng will take roughly 3 working days to reach you after production is completed and your order is dispatched. ALL Branding Kits Include FREE DELIVERY within the standard production times (5 working days) as well as the standard 3 day courier service, within the borders of South Africa. Free Delivery requiring a courier service does not include Umbrella’s due to the weight of the bases, your sales person will quote you accordingly for this.
