Choose the products you would like to be quoted on using our quote basket or list the products in an email and send to: quotes@dpiconcepts.co.za
How To Place An Order
Step 2:
While you are waiting for our quote to be emailed back to you, please take the time to familiarize yourself with our Artwork Guidelines and Design Templates documents. Please read through our Artwork Guidelines document carefully to avoid unnecessary costs or delays. You will notice there are two versions, one for End Users, one for Advertising Agencies. Please note, If you are an Advertising or Communication Agency please refer to our Product Specific Design Templates.
Step 3:
After we have received your Artwork / Logo in the correct format we will then create Proofs and mail them back to you. Please remember you have three free changes (end user only). We will only start printing your order once you have signed off your final proofs and receive 50% starting deposit. The next step is for you to send us your company details so we can issue an invoice to you. Please refer to our New Customer Application Form. Step 4:
Once we have received your Invoice Details we will send you an invoice requesting 50% payment so we can start production of your order. Standard order production times vary between 5 and 7 working days depending on size of order. If delivery is required, this could add another 2 working days on top of this if you are not based in and around the Jhb area. 24 Hours prior to you receiving your order we will send you a reminder to settle the balance of your invoice.
