Terms & Conditions
- Our Standard Order Production Time is 5 working days after sign off of final proofs, receipt of 50% starting deposit where applicable and size of order. Larger orders will naturally take longer to produce, lead times on these will be advised on once final proofs are approved. There may be a chance that your order can be completed in less than 5 days if your order is small and we are not to busy. This will be communicated to prior to production.
- Orders received with deadlines less than 5 working days may be deemed Rush Orders. Depending on the size of your Rush Orders, a Rush Surcharge may apply, this will be communicated to you before production starts. Rush orders do not qualify for Free Delivery. Please arrange own collection or we can quote on delivery.

Terms & Conditions
- Our Free Delivery Service for orders above R7 500 and less than R15 000 ex vat is only applicable to orders within the standard production times (5 working days) to all major city centres and within the borders of South Africa. A small courier charge may apply to delivery addresses in outlying areas. This will be communicated to you prior to invoicing. Please note, outlying areas take a day to two days longer to arrive.
- NB: Orders with delivery addresses outside Gauteng will take roughly 3 working days to reach you after production is completed and your order is dispatched. ALL Branding Kits Include FREE DELIVERY within the standard production times (5 working days) within the borders of South Africa.
- Free Delivery requiring a courier service does not include Umbrella’s due to the weight of the bases or Ottomans due to the Volumetric Size of this product, your sales person will quote you accordingly for this.
