All our products have Product Specific Design Templates. These Design Templates can be e mailed to you or can be downloaded on our website, to view the list of Design Templates available for download, go to: http://www.gazeboworld.co.za/templates/ Final Print Ready Artwork must be sent to us in: High resolution or Vector Pdf (preferred), Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. (Don’t forget to convert all fonts to paths)
Bleed is required as indicated on our design templates, it is standard practise to keep all text at least 100mm from the edges allowing a safety area. Please make sure you remove the bleed lines before saving final print files. (Please make sure you remove the bleed lines before saving final print files)
Pantone Colours:
VERY IMPORTANT! It is of vital importance to make us aware of specific PANTONE COLOURS as what you see on your screen is by no means exactly what will be printed on the actual fabric or pvc we print on.
We cannot take responsibility for colour variations if these PANTONE COLOURS are not given to us. Please also note that we cannot work with CMYK Breakdowns or RGB Values, we only work with Pantone COLOURS.
Costs
A standard DTP Print Set up Fee of R200.00 ex vat per line item will be charged on all orders (no extra charges for multiple layouts). Please note, if the artwork received is not 100% correct, ie: Not in our templates or fonts have not been converted to name a few, then you will unfortunately be billed for changes if we have to fix the artwork or it will be sent back so you can make the necessary changes and then send them back to us. Please keep in mind, the more changes you make, the more it costs you and could possibly delay the date we can start production of your order. We will only start production once you have signed off your final changes and sent us proof of 50% starting deposit.
Print Files smaller than 15MB can be emailed to us, we recommend using WE TRANSFER or any similar file sharing programme for larger files.
Order Production Time:
Our standard order production time is between 7 and 10 working days from the date you sign off your final proofs. A 50% starting deposit will also be payable before production can start on your order.
Orders received with deadlines less than 7 working days will be deemed rush orders.
Surcharges for rush jobs: 96 hrs (4 days) turnaround 15%, 72 hrs (3 days) turnaround 20%, 48 hrs (2 days) turnaround 25%, 24 hrs (next day)
turnaround 30%. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for rush orders that have print/colour errors due time constraints or the fact that proofs have not been signed off. Our Free Delivery Service for orders above R5 000 ex vat is only applicable to standard order production.
Rush orders will be for clients own collection / courier cost.
