Inhouse Design (From Scratch) Artwork Production Guidelines
As an End User, it is very likely that you do not have access to In House Artwork Design. Here at Gazebo World we have a Dedicated Design Team to assist you with top quality yet affordable design and layout proofs in record time. We will need your LOGO in High Res PDF Format or Corel Draw, this is very important, we cannot use jpegs or any other file formats as they will pixelate.

R200.00 ex vat, once off charge. Includes 3 x FREE changes to the proofs we email you. Please note, the R200 ex vat once off charge does not include logo redraws, deep etching of products & people or creation of logo’s from scratch. Excludes Roll Up Banners artwork creation & design.
Branding Kit Specials:
R250.00 ex vat, once off charge. Includes 3 x FREE changes to the proofs we email you. Please note, the R250 ex vat once off charge does not include logo redraws, deep etching of products & people or creation of logo’s from scratch. Includes design proofs for all elements included in the specific Branding Kit!
Your Corporate Colours
VERY IMPORTANT! If your logo has specific colours, usually PANTONE COLOURS, you need to supply us with these please.
It is of vital importance to make us aware of these special PANTONE COLOURS as what you see on your screen is by no means exactly what will be printed on the actual fabric or pvc we print on. We cannot take responsibility for colour variations if these PANTONE COLOURS are not given to us.
Order Production Time:
Our standard order production time is between 7 and 10 working days from the date you sign off your final proofs. A 50% starting deposit will also be payable before production can start on your order. Orders received with deadlines less than 7 working days will be deemed rush orders.
Surcharges for rush jobs: 96 hrs (4 days) turnaround 15%, 72 hrs (3 days) turnaround 20%, 48 hrs (2 days) turnaround 25%, 24 hrs (next day) turnaround 30%. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for rush orders that have print/colour errors due time constraints or the fact that proofs have not been signed off. Our Free Delivery Service for orders above R5 000 ex vat is only applicable to standard order production.
